Though off topic, this is uber-relevant. Thanks for posting this. I
have found it very difficult to curb the phone in the car --- but I am
now enforcing
the ban on myself.

In the U.K., a graphic film clip depicting the ravages of using cell
phones in cars has spread virally on the Internet. Turns out the
four-minute sequence is part of a larger 30-minute movie drama --
produced and directed by Peter Watkins-Hughes -- who got his own
students from the Newport School of Art, Media and Design in Wales
-- to work on the picture, serving as technical crews and talent --
in cooperation with the Gwent Police Department, about 150 miles
west of London.
A longer-version of this drama will be shown at schools this year,
with negotiations going on with the BBC to have the film, presently
entitled "COW" (named after a road), to be broadcast later this year
throughout the U.K. The graphic video clip is professionally staged
-- but appears very realistic and does a fine job hammering its
message home. In my view, it should be seen by every parent -- and
imported/licensed for broadcast or school use throughout the U.S.
