We've had several experiences with sellers on eBay that were not able to find
the products after the auctions ended.
All of them fortunately refunded the payment.
Last April someone tried to cheat us out of our money by not sending the items
we bought on eBay. Luckily Paypal was able to resolve the problem in our favor.

i am sure both buyers and sellers have stories to tell.
(sellers changing their minds, lost in the mail, people merely saying
that item was not received....etc.)
