In all the time I've been selling on Ebay, I've had about three customers claim they didn't receive items I've shipped. Since I only use insured USPS, it was easy to check and two of the three legitimately did not receive their packages and I was able to file insurance claims. The third person was a liar who had actually signed for the package not realizing that the post office retains photocopies. I only once did not receive something I purchased from a dealer. He gave me an extremely hard time trying to reclaim my money but ultimately the post office reimbursed me directly from insurance. FRANC
