How do you know that Creature From the Black Lagoon is real? It certainly wouldn't be the first one-sheet that was faked, or even the least expensive one, or even the first fake Creature item to hit the market. Despite what JR erroneously claimed, the forgeries have not been limited to $10,000+ one-sheets, there has been a fake Man Made Monster one-sheet already in the market, and we have also seen in the past that the non-traditional poster sellers have been used in the past to sell some of the more expensive fake items (a fake Dracula title card was sold on eBay over a year ago, after having been given to a non-poster eBay seller on consignment).
