Lenny,
I've looked around quite a bit and as far as I can tell, the super-cheap
27x41 frames are no longer being manufactured, since the studios went
exclusively to 27x40 many years ago. Stupid, of course, but there you
are. You could go to a well-stocked arts and crafts store and buy the
materials to make one, but you would end up paying almost as much as you
would for one of Sue's excellent genuine movie poster frames:

Good Day Everyone,
I am looking for an inexpensive 27"x41" one sheet poster frame for a
friend of mine. They used to be plentiful at your local Wal-Mart, AC
Moore, or Michael's for a cheap frame at one time. I have noticed,
recently, since the 27"x40" are more popular, the others disappeared,
even though there are still a lot of 27"x41" posters out there.
If anyone knows where I might find one of these frames at a decent
price, please let me know. It will be most appreciated. Thank you very
much.
Regards,
Lenny
