Kevin, you could try to cut away the parts of the glass that AREN'T stuck to the poster to make it easier to ship to your restorer. A glass cutter is cheap and easy to get (just like me!) and doesn't require any particular genius to use. Score, tap, and snap. Wear gloves though (and OSHA inspectors would probably insist on eye protection if you're concerned about seeing your poster when you're done). Much easier to protect a small chunk of glass for shipping than a big one. --Peter
