Absolutely! There are over 400,000 eBay auctions for posters alone, and another half million or more of all other types of movie memorabilia.
If all of those would just "go away" there would be *WAY *more buyers for auctions like mine and Rich's, and lots more buyers for dealers like you and Kirby, but of course that is unlikely to happen, until the eBay implosion is complete, and that might be a year or too off. I don't know about new buyers coming in, but I do know that the current over-supply will surely get absorbed (except on the bottom end stuff, which will NEVER get absorbed) and then the prices will steadily rise and that is when people will look back at today's prices as a golden buying opportunity.
