I am watching the movie right now - in 3D (I have the bootleg copy in the 
field-sequential 3d method). There is someone who looks like the one pictured 
in 
the lobby card but its definitely not Marilyn.

Sorry Rick. I meant #3 has the lookalike, and card #6 has a bunch of floozies, 
and a couple who look like Marilyn on a very bad day.

I would think Mat's answer makes perfect sense, and it may have been an "in 
joke".

How about someone trying to actually watch the movie?
