hello Mopoers need help from someone in The US regarding recent changes in deliveries to USA. Some time ago there was discussion about new security checks for all mail arriving to USA. Can someone please give me any links to US gov site /postal site which writes about these new security checks. I have many customers recently who complain 10 days after they place the order that they still don't have their posters and they don't belive that there are any security checks. I am tired with explaining this few times a day. Please, let me know where to send them for info about this. And additionally US Postal service tracking service (misleading service) says about our shipping which are shipped long time ago something like this" "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. " So i am getting angry emails from people who thinks I haven't shipped the tube yet. and funny thing - the next info, just after this is delivery confirmation..
