What a nice testimonial, and unexpected, because all too often people only post to complain. Kirby is indeed a real credit to the hobby. And there are so few places left anywhere that you get any customer service at all. It is even getting hard to get a human being on the phone who knows anything at most companies. Bravo, Kirby (and you too, Phil)!
