What a nice testimonial, and unexpected, because all too often people only
post to complain. Kirby is indeed a real credit to the hobby. And there are
so few places left anywhere that you get any customer service at all. It is
even getting hard to get a human being on the phone who knows anything at
most companies. Bravo, Kirby (and you too, Phil)!
