I have been all over the world, and I have never been to a worse hotel, EVERY time I went they would put me in a room with an air conditioner that didn't work and then they would eventually send a maintenance man who would take the entire guts out and hours later return with a new one, and sometimes that wouldn't work either.
And that wonderful elevator! The show and auction are run by great people, and they deserve better (and so do all those attending).
