The hotel is fine...if it moved to a higher end venue the cost of
tables etc will go up. The room you sleep in is exactly for that the
dealing room is functional.
The atmosphere with these great pals is the best.

I think the way to view that venue is that it has lots of
Character!Granted it is shabby, but I don’t believe the worst!I’m of
the belief that if they change the venue, many will never come back as
we are creatures of habit.Where ever it’s moved it will be more
expensive for all and all that said, I would gladly foot the expense
