These are roadshow oversized stills that were printed in Italy for U.S. and International use. During the golden era of 70mm roadshow films, there were several films that had these oversized stills. Another such film is PATTON. They normally would come in a paper envelope. I associate the word "rotogravure" with them for some reason. MovieArt has several but not all of the MY FAIR LADY stills:

I hesitate to rattle off the titles because I'm not sure about specifically which movies - but if you range through the 70mm roadshows of that era - big budget pictures - you have the short list. K.
