I doubt that these were used for 35mm distribution, although it is possible 
that the occasional
theater used them, particularly if the owners had a 70mm house and retained 
them.

They probably went to 70mm houses direct from Warners.

If you had a roadshow pressbook, you could check to see what they were actually 
named.  "Lobby card set" sound doubtful.
