I use priororty mail international/ You can get rates at
www.usps.com and with the drop down box pick the country..You can go
up tp 4 lbs on 1st class mail. and if its a low cost book may be the
cheapest.. the others allow tracking and ask if they can do tracking
on the 1st class as i thing they soon may do that also.
