I have fewer than one in 1,000 posters returned for condition, so I
feel my grading system is working fine, so I see no reason to change mine.
my grading system must be working better.
the last item that I had returned due to a grading mistake was a
Godfather lobby card I sold on 5/12/2012

you can't currently see the description data as we import the old
database to the new, but it was incorrectly graded as C-9 and I did
not notice a light semi crease in the black area which can't even be
seen in the photo.
I happily accepted a return and paid shipping back of course and
listed it again, properly graded to C-7 and sold it on 7/4/2012

that was the last item that I had returned due to any grading issue
and one of only a small handful since I began running my auctions in 2006.
since that lobby card was returned, I have sold over 20,000
individual listings through my auctions
probably the lowest return rate of any auction or any set sale listing anywhere
