As you are all well aware, eBay/PayPal have the above policy for anyone starting on eBay or using an new eBay ID for the first time. I am sure many have experienced this and found it to be very frustrating. In my case it involves a new eBay ID. If anybody has any intel on how this can be got around I would be grateful to hear your thoughts. The internet has a number of suggestions, some say they work and others don't. I thought the good folk on MoPo might have some genuine ideas that may have worked before I try what I have seen on the net.
