Hi Ben et al, Anytime that I have had issues with ebay / paypal, I telephone to speak with a human and relate any issue in the shortest amount of words (less IS more), explaining in further detail what can be done that will be satisfactory. Surprisingly ... it actually does work well ... more times than not. If you can get your buyer to leave feedback ASAP and/or confirm that they have received your wares without fault, those folks at paypal may see it your way.
