Greg, A response to this would be huge ( much more than the one inch missing from one sheets, which by the way, used to be even larger, at 27 x 42 or more). Different sizes disappeared at different times. Lobby cards, however are still made intermittently for a handful of films (mostly Disney/Pixar), though much of that is sent for foreign release or military.
