Since Mr. Folder has decided to go public, I feel I need to address his issue:
The address I gave him is my home address. This has been saved with Paypal, so no mistake from my end is possible. However, the package was never delivered. Now Mr. Folder has a habit of editing shipping labels, he once sent me a package to 'fp.net'. So who knows where he sent this. He probably addressed it to H.H. this time. I told him to open a complaint with his post office, which he refused to do. He also wanted extra money to re-send, so I told him to refund my payment. Since this was going nowhere, I opened a complaint with ebay. He has meanwhile refunded a part of my money, but I will have to wait for ebay to get the open balance refunded.
