well...i wonder if ebay would fine me fr this...??

the other day i asked a china supplier if they would give me a reduction price on these keybords for computers I was willing to buy for the local Blind center to give away..

the keybords are yello with kets that are high contrats for the visual impaired..I have one and they are great..

My idea wa to pay iy forward and buy like 50 of hem they where 10.00 each so i thought if they would go 5.00 i would buy them..

well they said no thats are best price and it was still god as itwas 1-0 with shipping from china post so..i have been debating and waiting till i do more sales so i could buy them also i need to see if the center could use them.

myconcern is would ebay consider this ging around them?? as i would buy it now n ebay so they would get thier fees..I think that rule could be confusing myself.. assome times we ask for lot deals on things..

thats shoud be clarified as ok imho.

Just to make things clear : you can't open a complaint at the
postoffice when you send to an incomplete address and tell them you
now want to send it to an updated address with the postoffice paying

When you're resending this, please add fillmposter.net [5] to the
label.

If they don't find my apartment, maybe they'll find the shop, which
is on the same block.

Since Mr. Folder has decided to go public, I feel I need to address
his issue:

The address I gave him is my home address. This has been saved with
Paypal, so no mistake from my end is possible. However, the package
was never delivered. Now Mr. Folder has a habit of editing shipping
labels, he once sent me a package to 'fp.net [6]'. So who knows where
he sent this. He probably addressed it to H.H. this time.

I told him to open a complaint with his post office, which he refused
to do. He also wanted extra money to re-send, so I told him to refund
my payment. Since this was going nowhere, I opened a complaint with
ebay. He has meanwhile refunded a part of my money, but I will have to
wait for ebay to get the open balance refunded.

Well , had this german buyer recently , let's say his name is Herr
H. H. so he can remain anonymous

the clown puts up an incomplete address with his paypal payment so
the parcel gets returned to me , i contact the buyer , this Herr
H.H. , and he tells me to resend the parcel , this time adding
filmposter.net [2] under his name , i say ok , but you'll have to
pay postage again as none of this is my doing , so he tells me that
as per ebay rules i have to deliver the items i've sold so it's my
responsability to pay the postage , as i refuse he opens a complaint
against me on ebay and i have to refund him

been on ebay for many years , never had the feeling i was in bed
with them but this Herr H.H. sure knows how to quote ebay rules and
bend them so he doesn't have to pay for his own mistake , quite a
pathetic little **** i hear you say ?
Be that as it may , he can go buy his posters elsewhere now instead
of buying them from me on ebay and selling for a greedy 300% higher
then he got them .

SUBJECT: [MOPO] ebay is getting worse, again

The empty suits at ebay never missed a chance to make things worse
for anybody, but their latest 'policy update' takes things to an
entirely new level. Not only do they now forbid ANY contact
information in your listing, they also came up with a new way to
make money, even if your item does not sell.

Here's from their latest message I just received:

The key update to the eBay User Agreement is that we’ve made it
clearer how we address violations of our policy on offers to buy
or sell outside eBay [1]. Sellers who violate this policy may be
charged a final value fee for the applicable item, even if it
doesn’t sell.

Then again, this is what you get for laying yourself in bed with a
corporation. All they know is greed, greed, greed.
