At the end of the day you should sell it for what you feel comfortable selling it for. In past instances where I knew it was just going to be flipped, unless they met my sale price I simply listed it on eBay for what I wanted to sell it for. That way they can either buy it and flip to the client if the profit margin makes sense for them to do it or the client will simply buy it from you if they see it. Any respectable dealer should understand the economics of it as if they were in the same situation as you they would do the same.
