That's been happening for most ebay sellers in the U.S. since last August. Ebay changed their system and in order to sell on ebay you had to become part of their managed payment program. They are instituting it all over the world, just gradually. For instance, I had a buyer from Ireleand where they don't have that system yet and they had to actually log onto the U.S. ebay to pay for the item....the fees were increased and now the percentage you pay is whatever percent you have on your account for the item price, it's sale tax and it's shipping. There is also now an international fee if someone outside the U.S. purchases your item.....that's the scoop.
