Hi all, We have recently been threatened to be sued by a visually impaired website visitor for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including a threat to expand the case into a class action. (Art galleries – particularly New York galleries – have been attacked with these kinds of lawsuits in recent months). Wondering if anyone has heard anything related to this.
