I am visually impaired and i get help from the ability center Toledo
-the woman that does the aadvocating is named Angie Goodnight i would
think she know the law..419-885-5733
shes Blind..
also you can call the SIGHT CENTER of Toledo
they work with the state of ohio disability
I have not heard about the ADA I am sure they have a site
please explain the issue///
also contact your Insurance and local city foranynew laws///
and also a liability attourney..
