I know this topic comes up every so often but a collector has just been
contacted by a lawyer who has said ....
"In this regard, it has come to my attention that some (or all) of the posters
may remain property of the distributors and unsaleable. I will look into this
issue as soon as possible".
I seem to remember that the reasons that movie posters can be sold legally have
been quoted on MoPo in the last but it would be great if someone could provide
the legal terminology (or something close to it) that allows movie posters to
be sold.
