you are a private seller, so the new EU regulations do you not affect you.

I don't ship anything international.  I have just heard the horror stories here on MOPO.   I did one recently and only because the buyer paid for the DHL shipping and had an account and dealt with all the paper work.  
 
I have told people find someone in the US who can accept the package and then you can deal.   Of course, if anyone has any tips on any process to ship internationally,  I would love to learn about it.
