Can anything be clearer? As far as Pirsig is concerned, pursuit of knowledge is
fine as far as it goes. But when it comes to reality, it's like a map, computer
model, equation or measurement that necessarily omits a large part of the 
territory
including, most notably, the pre-intellectual Quality experience.
