I purchased the Dancing on Mother Earth song from iTunes. It is awesome.
I have three CDs of traditional drum and singing groups from all over
NorthAmerica. They've mostly been recorded at Powwow
competitions. Have you ever been to a powwow? There's a large
intertribal powwow in Connecticut in late August. It's called,
Schemitzun, Feast of Green Corn and Dance. I've been a few
times. I've been to a few smaller powwows in CT in years past. The
one I would like to go to is the big one in New Mexico. Wherever you
live, I bet there is a powwow nearby. Next summer check the
Internet. I bet your wife and little boy would love to go.
Here's the website of the Schemitzun:

Some nights in my studio I light candles in the center of the room
and dance to this music.
