To Ron:

I don't want to turn a discussion on patterns in a
discussion about nuclear Physics,so, only a few briefs
comments about the subject.

You wrote: " All matter is energy. E=mc2 and the
atomic bomb proved This"

This is a rather simplistic way of reading
Einstein's equation. Since there is a (=) sign you
could also be led to say that "all energy is matter",
and hence that rocks are patterns of matter. What the
equation stands for is far more modest. Merely that
when a given amount of mass is lost as a result of,
say, nuclear fission (as in the explosion of an atomic
bomb you mention) a given amount of energy is
released. The equation also predicts that, when in
collisions between elementary particles (like in a
particle accelerator), a given amount of energy is
lost then a given amount of mass is produced. In a
larger scale this is how mass(matter) seems to be
produced in stars.

I asked from you if you could state clearly your
personal meaning of patterns; you answered:

"Matter is energy. Can't be anymore straight forward
than that."

Sorry Ron, I am a bit thick. Could you go some
steps forward by saying for instance how from "matter
is energy" you go to "Patterns are this or that'?

    You go on saying:

"A rock is a pattern because the most brilliant minds
of the past
century Have theorized and proved that it is so. What
do you think nuclear
reactions Are? Millions in Japan perished in aug. 1945
due to this fact. "

Unless you had some training in Physics, my
thoughts about nuclear reactions would be of little
use to you. If you do, I'll send you my thoughts by
e-mail. I fail to see their relevance to patterns.

Strange, I have read some of the writings of "the
most of the most brilliant minds of the past century"
(not all, of course) and I don't recall ever coming
across the statement that rocks are patterns. In fact
the first time I heard of it was here in MOQ discuss.
You wouldn't have by chance some quotations from
physicists proving that rocks are patterns, would you?
I'd appreciate it.

      You end up by saying:

" All matter is composed of spinning
radiating patterns of atoms in molecular bond. You,
me, our thoughts
Everything. Google it, read for yourself. I invite you
to investigate it"

Well not really, from what we know up to now, just a
tiny fraction of matter in the Universe is in the form
of atoms bonded as molecules. Some theoretical models
predict that most of it is not even forming atoms. As
for "radiating patterns of atoms" … atoms usually
radiate in the excited state or when bombarded.
Luckily it doesn't happen much in our planet,
otherwise life here would be rather uncomfortable. It
happens though all the time in stars but the
conditions there are so chaotic that I doubt any
physicist would use the word pattern to describe
whatever he thinks is happening inside.

Thanks for your invitation to investigate it, but
I'm not going to go in a wild chase into Google. I
wouldn't even know what key-words to enter. Energy
patterns? (2 million entries at the very least) Matter
as energy? (probably even more). Perhaps you'd be kind
enough to point me to a book written by some brilliant
mind, where all you are saying is expounded?
