Hi Khaled, two points ... The archbishop is of course NOT suggesting different court systems, just pointing out that every legal system has "conscientious objection" clauses and the like somewhere. One law for all is just a slogan. (He makes the points you make too, this is not new or restricted to western democracies either.)
