No, no, no - you're missing the point Krim!
Don't chop it up into little pieces or you don't get the full effect - 
you need at least an entire weekend (Friday to Sunday) of full on fun to 
get the cobwebs out of your system and recharge the batteries. 
Preferably at least 3/4 times a year. Take a day off work (holiday) at 
the end of it just to chill out and come back down to earth.
Works for me anyway!
