Hi SA, that is exactly where I'm at too.

Generative / Degenerative tipping point, and this is about the
evolution of ideas considered to be "intellectually" valid - so that's
memes and evolutionary-psychology for me.

It's the reason all these faith / science / philosophy debates are so
topical and critical - nothing to do with God, everything to do with
quality of belief, and the consequences of those choices for the
evolution of intellect - assuming we don't destroy the underlying
social and bio-spheres first ;-)
