SA: Khoo Hock Aun, are the people of Tibet voting on
*just* the Dali Lama, or would the people be voting on
allowing the Bodhisattva of Compassion to be present,
thus, influential in their culture? Therefore, this
last question could also be a voting process that is
considering to allow compassion to be institutional in
a culture. If Tibetan institutions are to remain (so
it's not a question of institutions versus
non-institutions), but not a Tibetan institution who's
intention is compassion, then wouldn't the Tibetan
people be also voting on whether to allow compassion
to hold a public, institutional position?
