Hi Gav,
You know my thoughts re DQ/sq so i agree.
But i don't think this is stated very well in Lila or ZMM.

squonk

just read dmb's last post on the thought exp.
made me think about dq and sq...
formlessness and form in eckhart tolle's parlance

the two are interdependent...indeed the line twixt the two is arbitrary and
ultimately imaginary.

i guess the practical upshot is an advocation of dynamic balance...being on
one's phenomenal toes...paying attention. the more one is anchored in the
present the better one is able to roll with any existential punches.

being open to dq is not oppositional to sq. it relies on sq. quality is quality
and quality begets quality.

it actually is a dance; lila. the most accurate analogies are musical. the tao
is jazz; compris?

the more a musician masters sq the more they can funnel dq

the more one masters sq...the more dq is revealed...sq becomes relatively
inconspicuous -transparent: art.

this analogy is not limited to music. it is seen in painting,
sculpture....life.
dq radiates more from some than others.....children for example.

anyway...you all know this. i am just hanging about.
