I'm feeling bad. I don't mind pruning trees. but I need to have three trees
downed. A large ash was hit by lightening last year and just didn't make it
through the winter. My neighbors are concerned because two very large limbs
hang over their deck. Two medium sized hemlock are just about dead. This will
be done without a truck&etc. Much hauling wood up the stairs to the chipper.
A young guy (26) and his crew. He went to college to learn about trees and
such. I think I will at least have to take some photos. Maybe a subject for a
painting. Meanwhile I wonder about the life that depends on these trees.
Yesterday a first. I saw a hummingbird. They're quite common, but I had never
seen one before.
