Marsha
During the night, I was in total awareness of leaving a dream and
entering awakeness. It was very strange, but I didn't give it too
much thought. But it happened a second time a little later during
the night. Then it freaked me out. No drugs, or even strange
foods. What little brain chemical is playing tricks with me. I am
in no mood for a stroke, or any such thing.

I thought what would DanG tell me. I think he would say, "It's
nothing. Pay no attention.", but it scared me.

It was an experience, two experiences, actually? What say you Krimel?

I suspect a therapist would tell you it was your experience; what do you
think it means?

There is something called lucid dreaming where you suddenly realize the you
are in fact dreaming. I always thought that would be cool because supposedly
you can learn to take control of the dream and fly and have superpowers. I
knew someone once who had them and found them very disturbing. She wanted
very much to be free of them. Different strokes I guess but nothing
dangerous I would say.
