SA: Your correct, I do. As I said to Dwai, most discussions here
do regress into intellectual contraptions, but I also added to Dwai
that this is a forum where intellectual patterns would be easier to
notice than knowing how much people do something other than think
too much without noticing birds. It's what people discuss here and
what they talk about. It's what they find more significant in their
lives, intellect is portrayed here as the king, not much, though you
do, even Platt, and sometimes others will discuss art or their
experiences from time to time, but Dwai pointed out something very
true about this forum.
woods,
SA
SA,
I left job, city, friends, coven and boytoy to live in the woods on
an island by myself. I don't have air-conditioning because I want to
experience the summer's natural heat (which I hate) and open
windows. I wanted to paint from a place where I could experience the
moon reflecting off the water. I live in an expanded stone & pine
lake cottage originally built in 1936. If I don't talk about these
things, it does not mean they are not important to me. They are
extremely important to me. And it was the gumption I received from
reading ZMM that inspired me to make these choices. I've mentioned
the Myers-Brigg types before, I tested as an INTP, that's basically a
head-person. But this gumption and these choices were made from my
heart. Heart, head & hands (painting). They each have their
happiness. When I sit on my slider, there are times I wish I could
sing to the birds. (I can't sing a note, and I'm sure the birds
would protest if I tried.) I'm steeped in Nature. I wouldn't have
it any other way.
Marsha
p.s. Regardless what I have around me, I love hearing you talk
about the woods.

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.........
