SA:  Yes.  We have solutions boiling over everywhere.  It's not about solutions 
so much as about doing something - application.
     What I would want to know is are these two strains of bacteria safe?  Or 
are they like the gypsy moths or the cane toads?  Thus come to help in an 
environment that can not balance their introduced ways, and so the helper turns 
into a catastrophe in the long run?
