Mostly I still listen to C-SPAN's Washington Journal from
7:00-10:00. People who call in are really, really, really
angry. You are not alone. My Representative was overheard stating
that calls coming into his office ran 90 to 1 against the
bailout. He voted to pass it. People are very angry. I'm not so
sure how scared they are. Is there a tipping-point nearby, or a lot
of baaa'ing. I don't know. I'm just telling you you are not alone
in your distrust.
I think one could easily post now in reaction to the fear that is
being generated in the media. And maybe that's what they want. Like
having you imagine a mushroom cloud. It's probably not a good time to
overdo it. (I may at times get carried away.) It's too easy to
scare oneself. And I would imagine now is the time to stay calm. Or
better yet find some humor in the situation.

a lose/lose proposition. So much distrust has been brought
to us by our U.S. gov't, world political leaders, and major power
bankers. What I found interesting about the C-SPAN interview I posted
in another thread recently is when the person tried to find out
from the U.S. presidents office about the dictatorial powers all's he
got was no comment. It's all being done in secret with total power. No
transparency. There is a shadow government. And that doesn't have
to mean people behind the scenes Manchurian the gov't or presidential

ill-transparency.
They had ceromonies for this new power and everything but it was closed to
the rest of society. That's a shadow government.

stay aware. Occasionally share your suspicions with
others. Contact your senators and representative when appropriate.
Vote. And at times let it go or you'll make yourself sick. Chop
wood, carry water and practice kindness to those around you.
I am always suspicious of any message that carries too much emotive
language, or worse, emotive music. Or if in the past the messengers
have proven themselves to be liars (like the Bush Administration and
Congress) and/or incompetent (like the mainstream media).
I imagine it is time to be like a stealth warrior. Take care of your
family, but stay calmly alert and prepared.
