Ron:
Arlo is questioning the validity of the right to "keep and bear arms" in this
country under the
idea of defence against a corrupt government. Ideally, he has a point,
tactically, resistance
in the form of harrassment of martial enforcement could incite riots. protest
and the loss of
control from the inside out. Snipers and pipe bombs hurt morale.. The existence
of a paramilitary
few coupled with black market enterprise along with organized crime, could make
quite a mess
of things for the martial masters.
Woods is questioning the moral viability of bearing arms against another
whether nuclear or conventional.
Such a thing could promote peace by an equal distribution of leathal power.
Would crime drop
if everyone was a cop? perhaps.

Thanks Ron for stepping in. Arlo seems to be caught up in his thinking
without stepping outside his thinking and notice where I'm coming from. I
think
you've hit the nail on the head as to where exactly I'm coming from. It's a
deeper
moral issue of people in general. Thanks.

Ron:
As far as lines go Micah is on the money, opt out of that symantic trap. Lines
are made to win arguements.
My Question is, which Arlo is drawing what lines? does the hot pepper Arlo
draw the same line as the
biker Arlo? or the beer brewing Arlo or the tanning on the beach
Arlo.ect...ect... ad infinum
or is that line of contuity an illusion? a method for arguementation?
; )

woods:
  That's what I'm wondering.

may the force be with you hahahaha :-)
