Seeing that it is difficult for people to become educated in this forum I have made it my duty to simple go to the Canadian's, "Office of the Secretary to the Governor General" website that even discusses who has dissolved their parliament, and it even includes the procedures... oh gasp.

It isn't called a Constitutional Monarchy in Canada for nothing silly... Now hopefully somebody that lives in Canada already knew this, but I can understand if you don't live in that country.
