IMO in MOQ DQ is undefined. A description of DQ relationships is possible
based on a Conscious/Mechanical description of DQ/SQ.

IMO value describes the "Conscious" side of a Conscious/Mechanical division.
I do not know the metaphysical implications, only the descriptive
implications. I miss Bo with his profound conceptualizations to sort things
out,like Conscious/Mechanical is the metaphysical description of the social
level.
