Ah, Bork. We dodged a bullet on that dude. Thanks to Ted Kennedy for
stopping that one. Here is a Wiki-snag from his 1987 Robert Bork's America
speech. Even the shameless Raygun was stunned into silence. Unfortunately
Borg's vision lives in other reactionary Republican court appointees. But
Bork would have been the worst of a bad lot.

back-alley abortions, blacks would sit at segregated lunch counters, rogue
police could break down citizens' doors in midnight raids, schoolchildren
could not be taught about evolution, writers and artists could be censored
