To pursue quality is not an intellectual activity only.  I can demonstrate 
it for you too.  To pursue aka act.  I have papers that thoroughly show 
this so I don't need to explain too much.

And that is what pursuit of happiness means.  For quality is much more than 
dq.  Quality is static too.  Remember Marsha there is dynamic and static 
quality.  
So you can pursue quality dynamically or statically, but either way you are 
pursuing 
quality.
