Ron: Agree, except for DQ as the "natural state of reality." IMO the natural state of reality is Quality which, for language and understanding purposes, is divided into DQ and SQ. (We divide to survive.) We'll never know if particles appear and disappear in "Quality." I think they respond to DQ, but immediately get captured by an inorganic static pattern. Thus to us, their unpredictable behavior becomes predictable.
