I think using your heart, head and hands is useful for solving a computer
problem, getting your
son to do his homework, and cooking dinner.
I wouldn't know what book to recommend; Mr. Pirsig has recommended Steve
Hagen's book
'Buddhism: Plain and Simple'. I think it's a great book.
