Hey John C,

Shaking hands is a lot different than hanging out. There aren't many I 
wouldn't shake hands. A few notable exceptions: Castro, Chavez, Kim 
Jong-il, Bin Laden, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Mao, Pol Pot and their ilk.
