The tracks are the Quality 'upon' which the static quality patterns 'ride'. They are, as you say: 'the same underlying Quality'. And the leading edge is the place where all the 'friction' occurs, all the action is. The meeting of the locomotive (with all the boxcars) 'causing' sparks of Dynamic Quality to 'fly up' and challenge the direction of the locomotive. The point of infinite possibilities. And,the analogues the locomotive has already gathered,will determine its direction.This will be based on the evaluations of these 'infinite possibilities'.
