I'm "arrogant" because I expect an audience in a philosophy forum to be capable of having discussions above fifth-grade, bumper-sticker levels. I'm an "elitist" because when I read a book and don't understand it, I don't whine about the author being "arrogant" for not dumbing down the work, but rather seek to learn more so I do understand.
